Consilium relocation was set up by Roly Wilson, born from his experience of moving around the globe, initially during his time in the military and then while he and his wife pursued careers in Financial Services. Roly has worked across the globe and resided in seven different countries, but each time he has moved with his family they were let down by poor management of timescales and attention to detail, while no one ever offered proactive tax planning advice.

“Consilium Relocation was conceived after many disappointing relocation experiences which have been stressful, and cost our employer beyond the relocation company’s contract in terms of lost time and lack of focus on our roles due to having to manage the relocation process personally. The last straw was having to chase a global relocation company over a holiday weekend, at 2300 for promised paperwork for a visa appointment the next morning at 0800.”
